Tax-Efficient Investment Strategies

Tax-Efficient Strategies

It is not just what you earn, it is what you keep. We help you look for smart, tax-aware ways to manage your money, and we are happy to work alongside your CPA or tax advisor so your investment and tax plans fit together seamlessly.

What does tax-efficient investing mean?

It means considering the tax impact of investment decisions, such as which types of accounts hold which investments, when gains are realized, and how withdrawals are sequenced in retirement. Small decisions made thoughtfully over many years can make a meaningful difference.

Do you provide tax advice or prepare tax returns?

No. Neither Osaic Wealth nor its representatives provide legal or tax advice, and we do not prepare tax returns. We focus on the investment side and coordinate with your tax professional, who advises on your specific tax situation.

Will you work with my CPA?

Yes, and we encourage it. With your permission, we can share information with your CPA or tax advisor, discuss timing of transactions, and make sure our recommendations support the guidance they give you.

What strategies might you consider?

Depending on your situation, strategies discussed with you and your tax advisor may include asset location across taxable and tax-advantaged accounts, managing when gains and losses are realized, retirement account contributions, Roth conversion analysis, and charitable giving approaches. Whether any of these fit depends on your circumstances.
